The Ranch Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended and established on December 20, 2024 by the City Commission for the City of Newberry, Alachua County, Florida, Ordinance No. 2024-38 as an alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.
The Ranch CDD is located entirely within Manatee County, Florida and covers approximately 254.991 acres of land. The site is generally located south of NW 46 Avenue and west of US Highway 27 in the City of Newberry, Alachua County, Florida.
